luorinated pyridine intermediates become hot spots
At present, the quinolone antibiotics that have been developed and put into mass production in China mainly include norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, lomefloxacin and fleroxacin. Among them, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin produced the largest amount, accounting for 98% of the total production of domestic fluoroquinolone antibacterials.
The quinolones are generally obtained by synthesizing a fluorine-containing quinolate compound from a fluorine-containing benzene ring and then condensing it with piperazine (or methyl piperazine). Due to the abundant fluorite reserves in China, it is one of the countries with the largest production of fluorine-containing drugs and intermediates in the world, and more than 80% of fluorine-containing intermediates are exported. On the whole, China's fluorobenzene intermediates have developed earlier, and the current production capacity is generally over-capacity; the development of benzotrifluoride intermediates is relatively late, and the development speed is faster in recent years; for heterocyclic aromatic compounds, especially fluorinated pyridines. Class, China has only a few research units and manufacturers have the synthesis technology of fluorine-containing pyridine intermediates. Therefore, fluorine-containing pyridine intermediates will become one of the main directions for the development of domestic fluorine-containing intermediates in the next few years.
Larger aminophenol gap
China has become the world's largest producer of antipyretic and analgesic drugs. The output of aspirin, paracetamol, and analgin is over 10,000 tons. The yields of phenacetin, aminopyrine and antipyrine are over 1000. Ton. At present, the output of antipyretic and analgesic drugs in China is growing rapidly, and it is expected to grow at a rate of about 8% in the future. The production of intermediates for the production of antipyretic and analgesic drugs is large, and there are many manufacturers. With the growth of antipyretic and analgesic drugs, its intermediates have also achieved considerable development.
In 2003, domestic consumption of paracetamol increased rapidly, and exports also showed rapid growth. The export volume was 28,163 tons, and the annual export volume increased by about 1 time. Although the export growth rate slowed down in the first half of 2004, it still increased. The export volume of paracetamol in January-May 2004 was 12,501 tons, slightly higher than the same period last year. Para-aminophenol is an important intermediate for the synthesis of paracetamol and has also grown rapidly in recent years. At present, the annual production of p-aminophenol in China is about 32,000 tons. It is estimated that by 2005, the domestic production of paracetamol will reach 50,000 tons, and the pharmaceutical industry will consume 45,000 tons of para-aminophenol, plus in other fields, 2005. The total annual demand for p-aminophenol is about 50,000 tons, the market gap is large, and the development and utilization prospects are broad.
