What is the synthesis and application of an antifungal drug and its intermediates?

Synthesis and application of a novel antifungal drug and its intermediates. Specifically, (E)‐1‐{[3‐methyl‐5‐(4-naphthylmethyl 2-butenyl)‐2,4,6-trihydroxy]phenyl}‐1-butanone is disclosed. And its intermediate (E)-N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-4-ylhalo-2-butene-1-amine and its synthesis and application. The present invention provides a good use of the compounds, their salts and their crystalline hydrates or solvates for the preparation of antibacterial, especially antifungal agents. In vitro bacteriostatic experiments show that the compounds provided by the invention have antibacterial effects, especially for two skin pathogenic bacteria, Trichophyton rubrum and gypsum-like microspores, with low side effects and antifungal resistance. It also enriches the compound library for the treatment of superficial fungal infections, and provides powerful technical support for the preparation of drugs or pharmaceutical compositions against superficial fungal infections.
